Люди купившие автомобиль за 100 килобаксов не станут ездить на нём 10 лет ежедневно.
What make is the “donor” car body,is it Hyundai? or some home grown US build.
посчитайте она выгодна. окупится через 10 лет с тех денег что не будут тратится на бензин
Elon Musk almost lost his company and went broke, but his businesses are doing well now. The Chinese have refused to sell him parts because they want to build their own electric vehicles. The stock was offered at 19$ a share and closed today at 36…his designs have improved but the price of oil must help him too.
5:50 Epic breakthrough. No more maintenance costs.
ive always wanted a step through car where i dont have to duck my head to enter the vehicle or twist my body at awkward angles. also something i can drive whilst either in seated or standing position. i hate these cramped machines
My hats off to Mr. Musk. Suggestion: Why don’t all TESLA Model S documentaries (YouTube Videos) say UPFRONT that this car is about $90,900 direct from Tesla. The most economic model (Model S 40kWh) can be had for just over $50k. Chevy VOLT publicizes its price a lot why not TESLA Model S too? The more people know that TESLA Model S 40kWh with 160 mile range, can be had for just over $50k the more popular will TESLA electric car be! TESLA Model S 40kWh mileage range beats VOLT, LEAF & others ..!

WONDERFUL
I will just get a factory replacement at the beginning of the 8th year, for free
On a serious note, battery technology is expensive today, and getting cheaper by the day as they are developed further and mass manufactured. On the other hand, gas is only gonna get costlier. So, go figure!
Pricey? How? Show me one “Luxury 4-door Sedan” that can do 0-60mph in 5.9 seconds, seat 5 adults and 2 children, have rear and front trunk space that even SUVs struggle to provide, and give you an effective mileage of 118mpg (Motor Trend figure)… all for under $60K!!! Please, show me one alternative
For what you get with a Model S, it is the best bang for your buck, considering you are getting an 8 year, 100K mile replacement warranty on the battery pack (which is insane).
Hopefully in 8 years the have a battery pack that will get better range cheaper than todays packs. In 8 years they are going to have a cheaper mass produced car so i would think the packs will be cheaper.
Hvala:-)
look, my friend i don t realy understand what you saying, but my opinion, we got car, with most perfect performance to now, fast without loosing lot energy, for fuel ordinary cars you pay thousands of euros/dollars for year, and plus it poison environment. In future more models will apear and everybody gonna low their prices for market, it ll be more cheaper. This is a car of future. Sorry for bad english, .Greetings from Serbia.
10k? Is this a real number or speculation. To drive it like a IC car the extended pack is around 40k, I believe. 10k would probably get you the 100mi range pack. Extended range pack cost as much as the base car.
Красавец аппарат, жаль что только задний привод, в идеале бы 4matic
Congratulations. What a great investment.
хочу!!!!!!
Your question should be what do you think the replacement battery pack will cost in 8 years based on current rate of inflation (which could go up significantly)! Then you would have to ask where fuel prices will be in 8 years.
i still have my Toyota Corolla 97
damn it
The Model S has an optional $1500 all glass panoramic roof that opens wider than any other sedan.
