Hey Seamus ! You should play Need For Speed Hot Pursuit(2010). It has both Cop and Racer Career and special weapons that are equipped to your car in certain races. You should really try it out. It’s awesome trust me (:

was that really the third game? either way I used to play NFS hot pursuit 2 where that feature was a huge part of the game and done really well. played that game to death, and until criterion took over was my last favorite NFS game lol. although the underground series was nice for a bit with all the customization and new open world concept at the time.
